About

Sarah Fleming, LICSW, LCSW, Founder, Psychotherapist, Clinical Supervisor

The most healing aspect of therapy is the unique relationship between a therapist and client. Unconditional regard and warm compassion are two pillars of my practice that I will always stand by. I believe in change, and that people can create the life they want. My job is to be a gentle guide and witness to this transformation by asking the right questions and by providing the right tools. I look at the mind, body, and spirit as parts of self that profoundly affect one another. I am licensed to provide therapy for clients located in IA, VA, and FL, and I can provide coaching to clients globally.
