Chickpea 'Tuna' Salad

I’m reading 'Bread and Wine' and eating  chickpea 'tuna' salad for lunch. This recipe includes mixing chickpeas, vegan mayo, mustard powder, pickles, celery, lemon juice, and kelp. I then placed the mixture over a bed of romaine and topped it with tahini and sesame seeds. šŸ‘Œ
